NPC SEMINAR + WORKSHOP
The NPC Twin Cities Open, NPC Minnesota State and Iron Alliance Gym are proud to bring you an NPC Minnesota seminar and workshop hosted by the legendary IFBB Pro League Judge, Sandy Williamson!

This is an amazing opportunity to meet and learn from leaders of our organization, our local pros and our local judges. The seminar will go over the judging criteria and posing for each division as well as provide you with some posing practice to perfect your own stage presentation. There will also be time for a Q&A, community lift, giveaways and more!

Location: Wyndham Burnsville and Iron Alliance Gym
(these locations are 5 min apart)

RSVP: Required - space is limited.
Parking: The hotel has plenty of free parking. At Iron Alliance Gym, there is a large lot in front of the gym, however, it will fill up with the number of attendees we have registered. If the lot is full when you arrive, street parking is available.

MEAL PLANNING:
This will be a full day so please come prepared with meals if you need to stay on track with your meal plan. There are protein bars, shakes, snacks and energy drinks available for purchase at the gym as well. Microwaves will be provided for heating meals throughout the day.
WHAT TO WEAR:
During posing practice, you can wear anything you feel comfortable in. If you would like to wear a posing suit or practice suit, please feel free. If you would prefer to be more covered, something fitted would be best. There is limited space available for changing so please come to the seminar wearing your posing attire underneath your regular clothing. Ladies, if your division requires heels, please bring them with you. If you don’t yet have competition heels, any heels you have on hand will work.
