The NPC Twin Cities Open and Iron Alliance Gym are proud to bring you an NPC Minnesota seminar and workshop hosted by NPC and IFBB Pro League Vice President, Tyler Manion, and IFBB Pro League Judge and Bikini Olympian, Étila Santiago.

​

This is an amazing opportunity to meet and learn from leaders of our organization, our local pros and our local judges. The seminar will go over the judging criteria and posing for each division as well as provide you with some posing practice and judges critiques on a mock stage. There will also be time for a Q&A, giveaways and more!

Time: Doors open at 9:30am 

Location: Iron Alliance Gym

Cost: FREE!

RSVP: Required - space is limited. The seminar is full.

Parking: There is a large lot in front of the gym, however, it will fill up with the number of attendees we have registered. If the lot is full when you arrive, street parking is available. 

*The seminar is full. If you are not able to attend, please contact us or so we can open your seat for people on the waiting list.

Due to limited space at the gym, only individuals who have RSVP’d may attend. We unfortunately don’t have space available for additional attendees to come with you whose plan was to watch only. Please have your ticket available when you arrive. Electronic tickets were sent to you via email when you RSVP’d.

2p-4p: Mock Stage Practice With Judges Critiques Featuring Our Local Judges + Educational Discussion Topics 

230p-3p: Educational Topic #1 Preparing For Peak Week & Showday 

3p-330p: Educational Topic #2 Fatigue Management: The Missing Piece To A Successful Prep 

330p-4:  Educational Topic #3 Choosing A Show + Are You Ready for Nationals?

 

4-5p: Networking + Social Hour

MEAL PLANNING:

This will be a full day so please come prepared with meals if you need to stay on track with your meal plan. We will also be joined by Protein House who will be selling meals on sight if you don’t have something with you. There are protein bars, shakes, snacks and energy drinks available for purchase at the gym as well. Microwaves will be provided for heating meals throughout the day. 

 

WHAT TO WEAR:

During posing practice, you can wear anything you feel comfortable in. If you would like to wear a posing suit or practice suit, please feel free. If you would prefer to be more covered, something fitted would be best. There is limited space available for changing so please come to the seminar wearing your posing attire underneath your regular clothing. Ladies, if your division requires heels, please bring them with you. If you don’t yet have competition heels, any heels you have on hand will work.

WORKING OUT AT IRON ALLIANCE GYM:

If you are interested in working out at Iron Alliance Gym before or after the seminar, your day pass is free by showing your seminar ticket. The gym will not be open for workouts during the seminar but we do have two time blocks available during the day if you choose to workout:
