The NPC Twin Cities Open, NPC Minnesota State, and Iron Alliance Gym are proud to present an NPC Minnesota Seminar & Posing Workshop featuring special guest IFBB Pro League Judge and TCO Head Judge, Becky Clawson.
This seminar will cover judging criteria and posing expectations for each division, along with hands-on posing practice to help you sharpen your stage presentation. Attendees will also have the opportunity to pose with local pros, receive direct feedback from Head Judge Becky Clawson, win giveaways, and more.
This is a rare opportunity to learn directly from the leaders of our organization, including local pros and judges, and gain insight that can make a real difference on show day.

Parking: There is a large lot in front of the gym, however, it will fill up with the number of attendees we have registered. If the lot is full when you arrive, street parking is available.

MEAL PLANNING:
This will be a full day so please come prepared with meals if you need to stay on track with your meal plan. There are protein bars, shakes, snacks and energy drinks available for purchase at the gym as well. Microwaves will be provided for heating meals throughout the day.
WHAT TO WEAR:
During posing practice, you can wear anything you feel comfortable in. If you would like to wear a posing suit or practice suit, please feel free. If you would prefer to be more covered, something fitted would be best. There is limited space available for changing so please come to the seminar wearing your posing attire underneath your regular clothing. Ladies, if your division requires heels, please bring them with you. If you don’t yet have competition heels, any heels you have on hand will work.
