POLICIES
Athlete entry fees are non-refundable. If an emergency arises and you must drop out of the competition, you may transfer your entry fee to the following year’s competition (valid only at the NPC Twin Cities Open). Entry fees will not be transferred more than once. Requests to transfer must be sent IN ADVANCE PRIOR TO ATHLETE CHECK-INS via email to NPCTwinCitiesOpen@gmail.com. Requests submitted during or after athlete registration/check-ins will not be approved.
All athletes must comply with the NPC rules. Athletes not in compliance with the NPC rules will be disqualified. Entry fees and ticket sales will not be refunded due to athlete disqualification. The NPC rules for each division can be found here: www.npcnewsonline.com/rules
The NPC Twin Cities Open and Zahler Productions are not responsible for lost or stolen items at the venue including backstage areas, hallways and dressing rooms. Valuables should be left at home or secured with family/friends.

Children's Tickets: Our policy on children is that if they are so young they will sit in a lap or a carrier the entire show, they do not need a ticket. If they will sit in their own seat to watch the show, they need their own ticket.
Flash photography and professional camera/video equipment are prohibited. Cell phone cameras/video are permitted.
Ticket sales are non-refundable.
