COACH'S PASS

If you have 5+ registered athletes, your coach’s pass is free of charge (guidelines and rules listed below still apply).
Includes:
Your Coach’s Pass is a backstage pass only that grants you entry to “athletes-only” areas. This is NOT a general admission ticket to watch the show. If you’d like to watch the show, you will need to purchase a general admission ticket.
Guidelines:
-Coach’s passes must be purchased before July 9th, 2024 by emailing NPCTwinCitiesOpen@gmail.com.
-Passes are NOT available for purchase on show day.
-The coach’s athlete(s) must be registered at the time of purchase.
-All coaches must present a current NPC card or current IFBB Pro card at the time of purchase (in accordance with the NPC rules) to obtain a coach’s pass. No exceptions will be given.
-Your coach’s pass will be ready during CHECK-INS on Friday.
-ID is required for pickup.
-Coach’s passes are non-refundable.
Rules:
-Coaches are allowed in the pump room and designated areas of the backstage hallway only.
-Coaches are not permitted to be side stage or behind the stage curtain.
-Coaches and athletes must respect the venue property at all times.
-Tanning products, oil, glue and makeup may not be used outside of designated areas including all public areas of the venue and hotel, hallway, lobby and public restrooms. Athletes not in compliance will be disqualified and the coach’s pass will be revoked.
-Coaches are not permitted to use spray tanning equipment in any backstage areas or public areas of the venue/hotel.
-According the NPC rules, use of Dream Tan is prohibited.
-NPC Twin Cities Open reserves the right revoke a coach’s pass at any time without refund.
